	PAYMENT ACCESS Car Rental accepts most major Credit Cards subject to authorisation. LICENSE In order to drive one of our vehicles you must be 23 or older. Your drivers license must be either a valid Australian or overseas license and you must have held it for at least three years. This rule applies to both primary and additional driver. FUEL Vehicles should be returned with the same fuel level they are provided with when you pick them up. Refuelling charges apply. GOVERNMENT CHARGES Rates exclude Stamp Duty, which is currently 0.75% of the total rent excluding GST. INSURANCE Rates include insurance. However, an excess is applicable.   GST Goods and Services Tax, currently 10% ADDITIONAL DRIVER An additional driver must be nominated on the agreement. An additional daily charge applies per day. Please see also 'License', since the same rules apply for an additional driver. ONE-WAY RENTALS See alsoOne-way rent. In cooperation with our partners, ACCESS Car Rental offers one-way rentals. You must arrange a one-way rental when picking up your vehicle. If you do not, a return fee will be charged. RENTAL DURATION A 'Rental Day' is a 24 hour period from commencement of the rent. The minimum rental time is 24 hours. For every hour up to five hours beyond the 24 hour period an overtime rate is calculated at 1/5th of the daily rate. After five hours a full daily charge applies. STREET DIRECTORIES Street directories are available for free on request. However, if not returned, we have to charge a replacement fee.
